Refund policy
All delivery charges are subject to credit card authorisation, customs delays and stock availability. Prices are advised on each product page. All delivery times are estimates and subject to the vendors chosen delivery service. We will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any delay in meeting such delivery times.
A signature may be required on receipt of delivery.
We must wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before issuing replacements from Royal Mail. They do not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. Royal Mail allow 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender.
We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact.
We will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only. (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time within seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods (unless your purchase is tailor made or customised goods). Order cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable), and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). All goods must be returned in a saleable condition to the crew vendor.
