This Qigong course comes in 5 parts. 4 x 3 minute practices to release stagnant energy from the meridians. You'll begin to get a sense of the changes that can happen when you commit to a regular practice. After 12 days we will combine all 4 practices to reveal one 12 minute Qigong flow to help you move forward in your practice. Qigong a self-healing technique. By learning to manipulate and be aware of the qi moving around your body, you rejuvenate and energise, lower the heart rate and blood pressure and support your immune system. The lungs are said to hold onto grief and sadness, they are our commanders of Qi and our first line of defence from external pathogens.
